New Patients: please complete your account details (phone, email, address, insurance (for blood work only) etc and any assigned questionnaires, medications and supplements PRIOR to your appointment.
For all follow-up appointments and service appointments: please review if you have any updates to complete, newly assigned questionnaires or other tasks PRIOR to your appt. Be sure all of the needed consents for services have been completed.
Video appointments: in your appointment reminder you will have a link to the new video system within Cerbo and once we are all used to this, we will no longer use the Doxy system for video appointments.
