**Please respect a 48-hour cancellation notice so that the appointment time you have reserved can be filled by someone else**

Anyone who cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before their consultation time or is a no-show for their consultation, for any reason, will need to pay for their next appointment and any future visits at the time of booking this next appointment (You will be required to pre-pay for your next appt). The paid fee for consultations will hold your spot on the schedule and cover the cost of this next visit. Any rescheduled or future appointments that are paid ahead also need to honor the 48-hour cancelation notice. No refund will be given for appointments paid ahead of time that were cancelled, missed, or rescheduled the same day of the scheduled appointment time.
